FMobile LIGHTNING • PALM SPRINGS

Ultra-Fast Charging.Intelligently Powered.

A new generation of public EV charging destinations, designed around fast charging, onsite solar and AI-assisted energy management.

Partner with FMobile

Public charging is the foundation.

FMobile Lightning will prioritize everyday electric vehicle drivers, visitors and regional travelers. Fleet charging is an additional opportunity, not a prerequisite to the public charging model.

Public DC Fast Charging

Modern interoperable charging hardware and a convenient charging experience, subject to final vendor selections.

Solar-Integrated Infrastructure

High-efficiency solar canopy systems designed to reduce net grid energy purchases when economically feasible.

AI-Assisted Operations

Energy forecasting, power allocation and charger monitoring designed to improve reliability and operating performance.

Indian Canyon.Palm Springs Flagship.

Our development concept preserves the original two-lane circulation and operations building, while adapting proven modular DC fast-charging infrastructure to FMobile Lightning. The current planning target is up to 20 charging stalls, solar canopies, and an appropriately sized electrical system. Optional battery storage will be evaluated against utility tariffs and lifetime costs.

Development status: concept and engineering evaluation. Stall count, utility capacity, solar output, construction schedule and amenities remain subject to feasibility, permitting, and financing.

Designed for the Coachella Valley

Future regional opportunities include a satellite location serving Indian Wells, Indio and major seasonal destinations. These are development plans, not operating stations.

The FMobile Lightning infrastructure standard

High-Power Charging.Smart Design.

Our Indian Canyon flagship is being designed around EVgo-style station infrastructure principles, re-engineered for FMobile Lightning and the practical constraints of our site. Features below describe the proposed design, not installed equipment or confirmed supplier contracts.

350 kW-capable DCFC

Evaluate high-power dispensers supporting CCS1 and NACS/J3400 vehicles. Actual vehicle charging speeds depend on the vehicle, power sharing and available site capacity.

Shared modular power

Prefabricated power cabinets, transformers and modular electrical skids where engineering and vendor pricing justify them, with dynamic power allocation across active stalls.

Solar charging canopies

High-efficiency solar panels over suitable charging bays, paired with smart energy management and optional battery storage if lifecycle economics justify it.

Convenient circulation

Preserve the original two-lane circulation and operations building. Evaluate pull-through bays and accessible stalls only where turning geometry and safety clearances permit.

Customer-first amenities

Plan for lighting, cameras, clear signage, payment convenience, weather protection, accessible routes and onsite customer amenities appropriate to the final site.

AI-assisted operations

Forecast charging demand and solar output, manage peak load, allocate power, monitor charger uptime and support predictive maintenance.

Engineering note: 20 × 350 kW dispensers do not imply a 7 MW utility service will be purchased. Grid interconnection, coincident load, utility demand charges, onsite solar and storage must be modeled together. All layouts and features remain subject to site-fit, permits, fire access, accessibility and SCE review.

Infrastructure Discipline.Real Results.

FMobile Lightning uses the established public charging owner-operator model as a benchmark. We will underwrite actual demand, project costs, utility capacity, charger uptime and net delivered electricity costs. Potential incentives will only be included as secured funding when awarded and eligible.

We are exploring site partnerships, project finance, charging suppliers and solar energy technology collaborators.

Designed for disciplined operations

Own the Infrastructure.Earn Trust.

FMobile Lightning follows a public-first charging owner-operator model. We plan to evaluate each location on accessible site demand, expected charging sessions, realized revenue per kWh, service uptime, total installed cost and the cost of delivered energy—not on uncontracted fleet commitments.

Built for drivers

Clear pricing, easy payment, accessible stalls, lighting, security monitoring, compatible connectors and comfortable nearby amenities, subject to final site design.

Built for reliability

Remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, service-response targets, equipment availability metrics and practical repair access.

Built for energy economics

Site-specific electricity tariffs, demand charges, solar production, optional storage and dynamic power allocation evaluated together.

Built to scale carefully

Modular prefabricated power equipment where economical, verified site utilization and staged expansion only after performance supports it.

The proposed 350 kW-rated dispensers do not guarantee 350 kW to every vehicle simultaneously. Solar generation, stall count, pull-through access and equipment configuration depend on verified site geometry, permitting, interconnection, and vendor proposals. No incentives or construction savings are assumed to be awarded or achieved.
